A Civilizational Governing Apparatus … lovely … but why not be courageous and straightforward and call the animal by its proper name under which it has been known for centuries and it is still valid nowadays ? IMPERIAL STATE aka EMPIRE
■■■ Below is a very short summary about an article published on September 8, 2026 on Angelo Giuliano’s substack contrasting the Western political system in general and the CPC wrongly called a political party :
● The CPC (The Communist Party of China) is not the equivalent of Western political parties representing only slices (workers, capitalists, ideologies) of a given Western society fighting against each other during electoral cycles for winning political power for 4 to 5 years and trying to steer the State through institutions they neither fully understand nor completely master on the practical level. This brings inevitably polarizations and inefficiency for responding to the needs of the people and dealing with critical situations.
● The CPC is rather, according to Angelo Giuliano, a people-centered governing ecosystem assessed by what it is able to deliver to the Chinese people. The Chinese people are obviously consulted, their needs and desires earnestly taken into account if realistically achievable : policies creation and the policies’ implementation follows a horizon defined by Five-Year Plans.
● Angelo Giuliano calls the CPC a people-centered governing ecosystem or more elegantly a civilizational governing apparatus … lovely …. I willingly admit …

A structure that is *FUSED with the *State (the governing bodies), with the PLA (the military). the *Courts (the Judiciary Power), the SOEs (State-Owned Enterprises : source of economic and financial powers) and the *Social Organizations (meaning having deeply intimate contacts with the Chinese people of all social strata) … well … Angelo … there is a name for it …
What you described so perfectly and so truthfully — AND A LEVIATHANESQUE THANK YOU FOR THAT — has A LEGIT NAME in circulation for centuries and centuries … it’s called an IMPERIAL STATE aka an EMPIRE !!!

● China is NOT a predatory imperialistic entity like the Kakistocratic Feudal Conglomerate of the Anglo-Zio-American EstabLishment KFC-AZAEL and the global imperialistic ecosystem under it acting mostly, but not only, through its 3 MOBs (Main Operational Bases) : the Uncouth Kleptomaniacs/UK (1707), the Uncouth Slaves/US (1776) and Israhell (1948) with a charade called representative election system for coralling the dumbed down and delusional plebs aka hudems (hopelessly unapologetic delusional entitled morons) in the West and which has been imposed on practically all the peoples of the Planet during the last 2 centuries of the Western AZAEL colonial & neo-colonial order (Sunday June 18, 1815 to Wednesday June 17, 2026).
China has been one of the rare if not the only Sovereign Civilizational State having being capable of refusing to accept the charade called the representative election system — THE MARK OF THE BEAST — and of creating her own system. It is one of China’s most glorious badges of honor.
● I’m most grateful for Angelo Giuliano’s effort in elucidating the Chinese government for the Westerners but I’m most disappointed too either by his incomplete grasp of the Chinese governance structure or perhaps by his lack of courage in naming things as crystal clear as possible for the Western audience.
● I mostly agree with what Angelo Giuliano wrote but a helluva lot of it is that most people, in China, in the East, in the West are soooooooooo afraid of a word that characterized China for many many centuries and still perfectly characterizes her nowadays : EMPIRE or IMPERIAL STATE.
● WHY ?
Because of the censorship and exclusive attitude coming from the KFC-AZAEL.
Even if, on the surface, the KFC-AZAEL denies being an Empire, WHICH IT IS NOT BECAUSE IT IS A LOWLY PREDATORY IMPERIALISTIC ENTITY but its kakistocratic elites sees it as an empire — a KFC-AZAEL “empire’ with big big pretensions, still committing genocides and invading people at this very moment, right now and ongoing — NOTWITHSTANDING USING THE FIG LEAF OF THE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION SYSTEM for coralling the plebs.
● If China, Russia, Iran and the DPRK were not reborn as legit Nations-Empires-Civilizations, all the Planet would have been under the kakistocratic transhumanist totalitarian Anglo-Zio-American EstabLishment AZAEL predatory imperialistic dictatorship.
