The 2019 RAND Paper on Russia was endowed with the title :

*Overextending and Unbalancing Russia : Assessing the Impact of Cost-Imposing Options *

Seeing the abysmal difference between RAND’s wishful thinking written down in 2019 and the 2025 reality of Russia, Ukraine, the United of Israel (USI) and minions, I don’t expect much from their delusional fantasies on China written down in February 2025 when real, practical, coordinated, well-thought, skillful and smart actions will be required for achieving the plans born out of the RAND “strategists” feverish imagination.
