It has been rightly underlined that Russia & China did not fall into the trap of the Rumsfeld-Cebrowski doctrine (even if the expression was not used by the panel) meaning the partners did not precipitate to the rescue each time the KFC-AZAEL (Kakistocratic Feudal Conglomerate of the Anglo-Zio-American EstabLishment) set fire somewhere on the Planet because the kakocrats want to wreak havoc everywhere they’re capable to do so in order to make the Russians and the Chinese look like brainless imperialists if they rush to the attacked place for intervening abruptly motivated by their desire to extinguish the fire for establishing peace & order.

A more refined approach used by China & Russia is to empower (in as many dimensions as possible) the local Axis of Resistance thus respecting their inalienable sovereignty, having first strengthened diplomatic relations with their leaderships and intervening militarily only with the permission granted by the local governments or having been invited by them for a specific task. Examples : Palestine, Yemen, Syria, Africa especially the states of the vast Sahel region right now, Saudi Arabia (Yes! Saudi Arabia), Pakistan, the 5 Stans of Central Asia, Afghanistan, etc.

Let’s not forget the major role played by Iran in West Asia.
