Words can be DEEPLY & TRAGICALLY misleading.

If we limit ourselves to words, what is described in this video as *technocracy* might be an approximate description for China’s own system : the government by the experts, by the engineers and the technocrats, by the people mastering the know-how.

But one ESSENTIAL factor is tragically missing as long as the West is concerned ; a true living aristocratic education transmogrifying the technocrats into a group more adequately identified as the open Devoted Aristocratic Oligarchy (oDAO) led ideally by a Philosopher-King or at least by an aristocratic man of the superior order.

Sadly for the West, the aristocratic education as transmitted by Sa Khnum Nefer of Iunu aka Sechnuphis of Heliopolis to his student Plato (427 bce- 347 bce) and expounded by the latter in his 40 and some Dialogues has been trashed or caricatured and replaced by epistemologically inferior institutional dogmatic ritualistic religions proposing wildly absurd and abysmally grotesque articles of blind faith and some inevitably associated eschatological delusional mumbo-jumbo.

For aristocratic men, there are no propheciea and no end times (eschatology) because aristocratic men have visions for shaping the future and are wielding the tools of power for practically shaping the future.

It doesn’t mean that there are no black swans but those black swans will be managed by keeping in mind the aristocratic goals and Universal History’s end goal ; MIGHT serving RIGHT.
