The requirement of compulsorily paying 5% of their respective budgets for buying US weapons is not a contribution to collective security, it’s the tribute of the European vassals to the US overlord. All pretenses of “democracy” and partnership were clearly dropped at The Hague on June 24 & 25, 2025.
