THE CITADEL OF EURASIA FOR THE WORLD ISLAND

I want to add the following Chinese expression 大 一 统 （Da4 Yi1 Tong3) meaning the Great Union, the Great Union of Justice & Power, expression, idea and ideal coming from the 春 秋 (Chun1 Qiu1) meaning *Spring & Autumn* the philosophico-historical book in its 公 羊 转 (Gong1 Yang2 Zhuan4) transmission in which Confucius (551 BCE-479 BCE) is understood as a Philosopher-King having prepared a multi-generational plan endowed with the appropriate Classical/Aristocratic/Timeless Education for creating at each generation the much needed aristocratic men who will bring forth the Everlasting Civilization.
The 谷 梁 转 (Gu3 Liang2 Zhuan4) transmission focused more on rituals , political and familial hierarchies and hereditary succession.
The 左 转（Zuo3 Zhuan4) transmission is centered on the Realpolitik perspective and is also a narrative history of the Chinese principalities for the period from 722 BCE to 481 BCE.
On the more down-to-earth level of Realpolitik considerations as seen by the political scientists nowadays, I suggest the following aphorism known by all those interested by international relations and said many decades ago by Halford Mackinder (1861-1947) : Who rules the World Island rules the World.
The SHANGHAI COOPERATION ORGANIZATION is the practical tool of power, THE CITADEL OF EURASIA for the World Island.
The World Island is the tricontinental landmass made of Africa, Asia & Europe : 85 000 000 km2 altogether.
