● EPISTEMOLOGICALLY ADVANCED PEOPLE bred by the classical/aristocratic/timeless education, are the people to whom real political power can be granted : philosophical men (Infinite Awareness), aristocratic men (honor, motivated by upholding justice, capable of discoveries, inventivity, creativity, playful exploration), timocratic men (honor, motivated by upholding justice).
Honor is the mind power making timocratic men and aristocratic men capable of keeping their words. If timocratic men or aristocratic men know that they are NOT CAPABLE or NOT WILLING for a given task, they will NOT PROMISE to do it.
The lower men cannot be granted true political power UNLESS they evolve to the more advanced stages. So they are not relegated to political subservience forever. The lower men are : fake timocratic men aka sophists (motivated by contriving an appearance of justice. Endowed with a very good intellect and emotionally, socially sophisticated); plutocratic men (motivated by profits, wealth and power for themselves and not as mere tools for higher purposes. Endowed with a good intellect); democratic men (motivated by hedonism, tribal affinities, lex talionis and their understanding limited to senses-perceptions).

▪︎PHYSICAL ASSETS : land management (properties, agricultural lands development, urban management), physical infrastructure (highways, water channels, high-speed trains, aircrafts tarmacs, shipyards), plants & factories, power stations (nuclear & otherwise), water safety, food safety, energy safety, gold reserves, copper, silver, other minerals reserves including rare earths, etc.
▪︎INSTITUTIONAL ASSETS : political system, sovereign monetary system, the national defense system, education system, judicial system, cultural system, sports system, civil society including the social media platforms, etc.
▪︎RELATIONAL ASSETS means participating to and contributing to the Global, Regional and National Networks concerning the following dimensions : diplomacy including the geopolitical think-tanks, military, education, sports, cullture, arts (music, danse, painting, etc.), agriculture, energy. commerce, industry, banking, finances, maths, engineering, techs & sciences, etc.
