Will Putin Fall for Minsk Agreement III ?

■ The US rulers truly believe that their Russian counterparts must be really dumb.

■ They expect that the Russians would accept a Minsk III Accord after the failures of Minsk I (September 5, 2014) and of Minsk II (end of February 2015) and the utter uselessness of the so-called Normandy Format (September 2014 to February 2022).

■ After the Russian victory at Ilovaisk (Raion of Donetsk, Ukraine), battle having lasted from August 7, 2014 to August 29, 2014, the Russians and the Ukrainians signed the first Minsk Accord (aka the Minsk Protocol) on September 5, 2014 for a ceasefire. No real ceasefire happened.

■ After the Russian victory at Debal’tseve (Raion of Donetsk, Ukraine) a battle having lasted from Jan 14, 2015 to February 20, 2015, Minsk II (end of Feb 2015) has been created for, once again, trying to implement a ceasefire. The wished for ceasefire not been achieved, diplomatic meetings and discussions kept on till the start of the open war between Ukraine as proxy of the collective West and Russia from Feb 24, 2022.

■ Angela Merkel revealed later on, in December 2022, that these diplomatic meetings of the Normandy Format from September 2014 to February 2022 were only dilatory maneuvers for helping the Ukrainians gain time in order to be better prepared for the fight against Russia.

■ I don’t see WHY the Russians rulers would accept a third Minsk Accord. If they do, taking into account that’s obvious the Russians are overwhelmingly victorious over the collective West using Ukraine as a proxy, then the Russians rulers are really morons as their Western counterparts think they are.
