15 years later, in 2012, ZZZZZbigniew Brzezinski produced a toned down version, with lowered ambitions and goals, of the 1997 treatise under the title “Strategic Vision”. He had the common sense to take into account the reality coming from China and Russia asserting their presences. His followers are apparently not endowed with the same realistic mind capable to see the unpleasant facts, and adjust accordingly their behavior.
